Olivia

I was fortunate to connect with Olivia at the New Hampshire studio I sometimes shoot in.They hire traveling models for a two-day engagement, shooting their own content in one session and invite photographers to reserve 1:1 shooting slots afterward. It really works for me because I can connect with excellent, experienced models who I wouldn’t be aware of since they are out of my local market.

I arrived at the studio and Olivia was ready to go. I liked her right away. She seemed to have a nice balance of being personable and also getting down to the work. This showed in her initial poses on the purple wall. She was smiling and engaging.Olivia is lovely with a curvy, feminine figure and great proportions. Her poses were solid pinup, and her experience with this work showed right away. We started in the larger space with some lingerie poses in a simple white set, and worked to glamour nude. She added afun set and we used that for a bit with a stool for fun.

She’s Right There

You can see in frame 13 that Olivia settled right in and brought her personal energy into the work. This simple, single light shot, and I left out the fill to keep the shadows and bring you right there.

She’s Got the Curves

This girl has curves, and her pose in capture 35 shows them off. The shadows I created by avoiding a fill light minimize her back side and emphasize the front and her face.

Classic Look

Toward the end of our time together, I wanted some closer connection for the viewer, and in number 246 she is engages you with this relaxed nude pose.

Pretty Short Skirt!

She went for cute with this little outfit. Her skirt pops right out of the green background herein frame 67, and that winning smile makes the shot every time.

Oh My

I wanted at least a few B/W shots with Olivia, and chose 136 to convert because of the way that her right arm, with the elbow bent and her hand behind her head made my eye travel along the lines of her face, arm and breasts.

I liked shooting with Olivia. She is professional and experienced, easy to work with, and lovely. I hope to have the opportunity again soon.
