Face and Texture

A nice, tight headshot is the way I like to begin and end shoots. The lighting here is very even, and the shadows very slight. Great catchlights. I chose this one because I like her hand as foreground interest and the way that her soft sweater frames the base of the image.

Fur and Fingers

This is a great pose from Autumnn. Look at the way that her arms and fingers in the plush, white fur draw your attention to her face. The triangle of her face is in the triangle formed just under it with the fur. The highlight on her hair is a nice touch.

Confidence and Connection

Autumnn is an experienced and confident model. You can see this here in her engagement with the camera and her posture. I like the highlight on her near arm and her blonde hair. The angle formed by her pale blue knickers adds a bit of energy.to the pose.

Stripes and Skin

Our eyes are immediately drawn to hers. You can’t resist it, since her face, and that lovely, engaged eye are framed by the stripes and curves of the hat, and her arm and hand are wonderful leads up to her fingers tugging the brim. The fur against her bare skin gives us an interesting base to the image.

Strength and Skin

 I used a single harsh and steep light source for this to create that hard, dark shadow under her chin. I love the contours it created under her bicep and below her breasts. Her arms give us some nice triangles that lead us up to her hair. The shadows break up the white brick. I also love her engagement with us here.
